TRICORE LEADERSHIP
Detail-oriented, strategic thinker, and ethical leader, Scott Dahin proudly leads TriCore Investment Group as the CEO. He is directly responsible for communicating on behalf of the company with shareholders, government entities and the public. Scott leads in the development of the company’s short and long term strategic plan as well as creates and implements the company’s mission and vision. Through his leadership abilities and real estate acumen, Scott has earned a flawless and stellar reputation for exceptional results in transactions and investor satisfaction.
A native of Fort Myers, Florida, Scott started learning the family business at an early age, which resulted in him flipping his first property at age 20. He has worked a multitude of roles and assignments, getting his start in real estate with Keller Williams, emphasizing in residential and later in commercial, with a specialization of self-storage, RV/boat storage, and conversions. His most notable roles have been VP of Acquisitions at Home Star Storage, Senior Associate with Avison Young, Senior Advisor with Realty Capital and Principal and Sales Associate with Axcess Capital Solutions, LLC.
In his free time, he has become an invaluable member of his local community giving freely of his time and expertise to local causes that help the less fortunate and improve the social good. His service has included time with the Jaycees, the local Young Professionals Network, and volunteering at a local animal pantry. He is a devoted father and loving husband, centering his life around his wife and children.
As the COO of TriCore Investment Group, Lawrence Murphy brings to the table over two and a half decades of real estate industry experience. He is responsible for both day-to-day operations of the organization and executing the organization's strategic plans.
His early professional career began in facilities management, where he worked a variety of roles from maintenance staff to facilities supervisor and manager. While working in facilities, he became intrigued by real estate investment and property management. He obtained his real estate license and started into residential real estate, where he found great success.
Through this exposure to the industry, he discovered self-storage and became engrossed in the business. He ultimately founded and led Home Star Properties, LLC. As the CEO and founder, he was responsible for the organization's vision and growth, which increased over the years with exceptional success across the Southeast US. Lawrence is a member of numerous professional organizations, including the Inside Self-Storage Association, the Self Storage Association, and the Self Storage Association of Florida, Tennessee, and South Carolina. He also holds and maintains his Florida real estate license.
Lawrence is happily married to his wife, Julie. He is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys boating, fishing, golfing, traveling, and spending time with his dog Holly.
As the CFO of TriCore Investment Group, Ken Lange is responsible for the organization's strategic financial leadership and its affiliated companies. He leads all financial-related activities through his extensive experience and effective communication skills. Ken Lange has established a stellar reputation for financial efficiency and intuitive real estate acumen.
Ken is a native of Kissimmee, Florida and his professional development began in information technology and sales. He was later attracted to the real estate industry, where he felt he could leverage his professional skill sets and build himself as an entrepreneurial leader.
For the past 10+ years, Ken has worked as a commercial real estate broker specializing in investment sales throughout the state of Florida and has held several senior level positions at notable real estate brokerage firms. He leveraged that crucial experience and struck out on his own as the co-founder and principal broker with Axcess Capital Solutions, where he specializes in advisory, asset management, and consulting service for commercial real estate buyers and sellers in Florida.
In his free time, Ken is a key member of his community and gives back through dedicated service to his church. He is focused on the true benefits of health, where he consistently exercises and works out at the gym.

Scott Meyers has been a Real Estate Investor since 1993 and a Self-Storage investor since 2005. He began his real estate career by purchasing, rehabbing, and selling a portfolio of over 75 single family homes in Indianapolis valued at over $6,000,000. He then quickly progressed into the commercial arena by purchasing, rehabbing, and selling over 400 Apartment units in 4 separate developments valued at over $7,000,000.
Scott is a member of the Self Storage Association. He is also a 2007 graduate of the Owner/Investor Executive Course taught through the National Self Storage Association. He was recognized by The Indianapolis Business Journal for its annual 40 under 40 list of up-and-coming Indiana business owners in 2007. Scott also founded a Self-Storage Education and coaching business in 2007 to educate investors and entrepreneurs on how to buy and develop Self Storage Facilities. He holds several seminars and provides advanced mentoring programs. Scott started and runs The Storage Mastermind, a group of 40-50 industry-leading storage professionals that meet quarterly. In addition to running his education business, he is also an active syndicator of Self Storage investments.
Scott is also a Crown Financial Ministries and Dave Ramsey instructor and Budget Counselor, and he directs the financial ministries at the church he and his family attend. Currently, Scott lives in Fishers, Indiana with his wife and their 3 beautiful children. They spent 2-3 weeks per year on the mission field where they fund and then build houses with their family, friends, co-workers and students and gift each to a needy family. They have built 14 houses since 2013 and average 4-5 per year. Scott graduated from the University of Michigan with a marketing degree and worked for 8 years in the telecommunications field with Lucent Technologies and Ameritech before starting his own real estate companies.
